I start my day early, with the help of some coffee, to watch Scott and rest of the Local 10 morning crew!
Some morning snuggles with my daughter, Lea as she drinks her chocolate milk.
Lea walking our new dog, Dooley!
I drop her off at school with a big hug.
Then it's off to the gym for a quick workout!
At the office, I start by checking my e-mails.
Then it's on to the morning meeting, where I try to put down my "crackberry" long enough to take notes on my story!
A little make-up before I hit the road!
then I do my hair, though I don't know why I bother sometimes with this South Florida weather!
Mario, my photog, and I hit the road for our story. Local 10 intern Genna joins us, she has the very important job of taking my picture all day! I'm eating as we go!
We are doing a story about a new security system at a local apartment complex that requires fingerprints.
I shoot some extra video with my flip cam!
Getting interviews with residents who don't like the idea of being fingerprinted.
I always carry a big purse, I like to be prepared! (You don't even want to know what I have buried in my bag!)
Mario helps me get my mic on for my standup.
Standup time! I think this was a 3 taker!
Watching over our footage
Lunchtime! Today we hit up Surf Taco! Genna Revitz and Mario Hernandez make great lunchmates.
Food always makes me happy!
What a way to end the day!
The day always ends with family time.
