Cow freed from Davie bridge

DAVIE, Fla. – A cow is free after spending the morning trapped in a wooden bridge in Davie. Images from Sky 10 show the foot bridge, which appeared to have broken under the weight of the animal.

Rescuers arrived to 5400 SW 70th Ave. at 8 a.m. Using rope and a crane it was carefully pulled from the broken wood. Local residents and rescue crews then loaded it into a truck and it was taken in for medical treatment.
