Dorothy Hamill withdraws from 'Dancing'
In a surprise twist Tuesday night, a celebrity volunteered to bow out of the ballroom and saved two others from facing elimination on season 16 of "Dancing With The Stars."
Olympic figure skater Dorothy Hamill, 56, announced she would withdraw from the competition because of "irreparable" nerve damage she sustained in her spine last week.
"I've taken the advice of my spine surgeon and I need to withdraw from the competition," explained Hamill alongside pro partner Tristan McManus. "I wish that I could give it my all but I can't."
Hamill's departure meant that this week's bottom two -- 'Real Housewife' Lisa Vanderpump and boxer Victor Oritz -- were saved from possible elimination.
Also returning on Monday: Disney star Zendaya, country music stars Wynonna Judd and Kellie Pickler, Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman, NFL player Jacoby Jones, soap star Ingo Rademacher, 'Bachelor' Sean Lowe and comedians Andy Dick and D.L. Hughley.
