Veteran NBA player Lamar Odom was arrested Friday morning on suspicion of driving under the influence.
According to the California Highway Patrol, Odom was spotted driving erratically on the 101 Freeway near Sepulveda Boulevard in the San Fernando Valley at about 3:54 a.m. He was reportedly clocked at 50 mph, considered too slow for the highway.
Police tried to pull over Odom but he continued to drive eastbound for another three exits before stopping.
The former Heat player (2003-2004) and husband of Khloe Kardashian, reportedly showed "objective signs of intoxication and was unable to perform field sobriety tests as explained and demonstrated," according to a CHP report.
It's been a rough few weeks for Odom who sources say has been battling substance abuse.
In 2001 while playing for the Clippers, he was suspended twice for drug violations.
It was also reported that Odom had gone missing last week. Kardashian fought back reports saying she knew exactly where her husband was.
