According to the Miami-Dade Police Department, the photographer, Jeffery Dean Binion, alleged that he was grabbed by the throat and pushed backwards from the property while being told that he was trespassing.

At that time, Binion alleged that one of the other men out of the four removed his camera from his possession until Bieber was no longer in sight, said police.

When Binion's camera was returned to him, police said he realized that his memory card was gone.

Binion filed a report with Miami-Dade Police Department, saying that he was a victim of theft and simple battery.

Police said there was no damage to Binion's camera and he could not identify which of the men may have removed his memory card from his camera.

At Game 7 of the NBA Finals, Bieber had one of his security guards ask a Local 10 photographer to delete a photo taken of him.
