Crews on Thursday prepared Sun Life Stadium for Jay Z and Justin Timberlake's last stop on their "Legends of Summer" tour.
"It's not two separate shows It's one big extravaganza," said Bobby Schneider, Jay Z's production manager.
Schneider also discounted rumors about a Florida boycott.
"It didn't ever really get to us that we weren't coming here," he said. "It's always been on my schedule. We're very happy to be here."
The show will go on rain or shine.
"There might be some surprises in store but if I tell ya, I'd have to kill ya," Schneider added.
Some tickets are still available for Friday's concert, which begins at 8 p.m.
