The country has finally regained all the jobs it lost during the recession, adding 217,000 jobs in May. The unemployment rate nationally remains at 6.3 percent. Perhaps not surprisingly, many of the cities with the lowest jobless rates are college towns or boomtowns for oil drilling and other natural resources. Here are the latest figures available:
