1 killed in crash involving Disney's Magical Express bus near Epcot

At least one person was killed in a crash involving a Disney's Magical Express bus and another vehicle near Epcot on Friday afternoon, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash happened at Epcot Center Drive and Overpass Road in Orlando just after 3:30 p.m.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a 63-year-old Orlando woman was traveling westbound on Epcot Center Drive. David Morales, 33, was driving the bus that carried 36 passengers also westbound on the road, both in the left travel lane.
Witnesses told FHP that the woman's car, a 1996 Buick, stopped in the travel lane. Morales was unable to stop and the front of the bus struck the rear of the woman's Buick.
Two bus passengers hurt in the crash were taken to Celebration Hospital with minor injuries. FHP said the woman died at the hospital.
Video from WKMG-TV's news helicopter showed the Disney's Magical Express bus with no visible damage and the back of another vehicle crushed.
Epcot Center Drive was shut down in the area.
Disney's Magical Express is operated by Mears Transportation.
The crash remains under investigation.
