MIAMI – A man wired $850 to buy three cell phones, and the seller collected the money but never gave up the phones, according to the Miami-Dade Police Department.
The seller placed an advertisement on the internet saying he was selling the phones. The victim then wired the full amount to the seller but never received the cell phones.
