At 5 a.m. Friday Miami Police moved in to shut down Greene Dreams Shoe Repair.
An emotional Tyrone Greene stands outside the shoe repair shop his parents started 50 years ago while police removed everything inside and moved it to a warehouse Friday morning.
Miami Police, under orders of Miami-Dade County which owns the property, began removing everything inside, boxing it up and taking it to a warehouse.
Just before noon on Friday, workers began tearing down the building.

Police said Eduardo Martinez, 20, was inside a shed in the back of his home when he was pistol-whipped and pepper sprayed. His stepfather was then thrown to the ground
