The robbery happened at 3663 S. Miami Avenue about 7:10 a.m. Thursday.
The men entered the credit union wearing hospital scrubs and demanded money from a teller.
Three employees were kicked, sprayed with an aerosol irritant, and threatened with a firearm. They were treated at the hospital, but their conditions weren't immediately released.
The men left with an undisclosed amount of cash.
