AVENTURA, Fla. – State records show two more places in the Aventura Mall were ordered shut last week due to a roach issue.
"Each of our dining tenants is responsible for maintaining their establishment up to state and local health standards," an Aventura Mall spokesman said in a statement Monday. "We monitored the situation and were notified that all opened the next day following re-inspections."

A total of five places have been ordered shut in the past several weeks.
Records show 28 violations were found at the Golden Corral in Margate, which was inspected base on a complaint.
Records show 25 pounds of dough was ordered to be thrown out because of a fly issue.
Below is a list of the places ordered shut and some of their violations. All the places were allowed to reopen following ordered clean ups and re-inspections.
