HIALEAH, Fla. – Three people were arrested early Tuesday morning after four cars were burglarized in a Hialeah neighborhood.

Hialeah police said the suspects are a man and two teenagers -- a male and a female. Their identities have not been released.

Police said the attempted burglaries happened at about 3 a.m. in a neighborhood on Southeast 8th Avenue and 4th Place.

A woman who lives in the neighborhood, identified as Gloria, told Local 10 News that she saw the culprits trying to break into the cars as she sat in her home watching TV. She said they were very quiet and quick, and did not set off any alarms.

Gloria called police, who came out and stopped the crooks in the act. Police said the suspects did not get away with any valuables.
