3 gunmen rob Total Bank in southwest Miami-Dade County

FBI believes 4th person acted as getaway driver

The FBI is trying to identify these three armed men who robbed the Total Bank on Southwest 40th Street in Miami-Dade County.

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Three gunmen robbed a southwest Miami-Dade County bank Wednesday morning, getting away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The armed robbery occurred about 10:45 a.m. at the Total Bank on Southwest 40th Street.

FBI spokesman Jim Marshall said the robbers pulled out their guns and demanded money.

Marshall said a fourth person acted as a getaway driver. He said the gunmen left in a blue four-door Nissan Altima.

Surveillance photographs showed that two of the men were wearing masks, while a third man wore a hat that said "Florida."

Nobody was injured during the robbery.
