3rd suspect charged in I-95 murder

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -

The Broward Sheriff's Office charged a third suspect in connection with a murder on Interstate 95.

Michael Depre, 25, surrendered to police on Monday. BSO previously arrested 24-year-old Scott Simon and 27-year-old Ronel Desinor.

All three men are charged with first-degree murder.

Investigators said the three killed Nicholas Walker, who was found inside his Buick on May 5. The car had crashed into the guardrail on the southbound entrance ramp to I-95 at Commercial Boulevard.
