Choking hazard prompts recall by Toys "R" Us

Popular retailer Toys "R" Us issued a recall for the Imaginarium Activity Walker because of a potential choking hazard to children.

Although no child has been injured, Toys "R" Us issued the voluntary recall for the walkers with the model number 5F5E972 that were sold between August 2011 to January 2013. Barcode number 3700217300319 is also printed on the bottom of the walker box.

Small bolts that attach to the walkers front wheel are reportedly able to detach, which would pose as a choking hazard.

Parents are asked to return the walker to Toys "R" Us stores immediately.
