Cops: Man used fake credit to gas up Range Rover

Man allegedly used fakes cards in Keys, Coral Gables, Miami Beach

MARATHON, Fla. – Police need your help identifying a man who allegedly used fake credit cards.

Take a look at the man in the above picture.

Monroe County Sheriff's deputies said he walked into the Dion's Quik Mart in Marathon in October and handed two credit cards to the clerk.

Detectives said he then pumped $99 worth of gas into his Range Rover and left.

The clerk then realized the credit cards were fake and called the Sheriff's Office.

Investigators said they then learned the fake cards had been used in several other places, including at Boondocks on Ramrod Key, Macy's in Miami Beach and at the Hyatt Hotel in Coral Gables.
