Driver ejected in 2-vehicle crash

The driver of a pickup truck was killed when he was hit by another vehicle, causing his truck to roll over and him to be ejected from the vehicle.
The crash happened at Southwest 8th Street and 122nd Avenue about 1 p.m. Tuesday.
Two vehicles were traveling at a high rate of speed when one hit the pickup truck, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. Investigators believe the drivers of those two vehicles may have been racing.
The driver of the pickup truck was transported to Kendall Regional Medical Center, where he died.
The roadway was shut down for about four hours as police investigated.
