FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Oneal Ron Morris, the man accused of injecting patients with a mixture of cement and Fix-A-Flat, has been released from the Broward County Jail on bond.
Morris' bond was significantly reduced last Wednesday, from $150,000 to $25,000. Morris will now have to wear an ankle monitoring bracelet, surrender his passport, and be present at all future court hearings.
