Police are asking for information in a 2011 murder case.
Arnold Joyner, Jr., was shot and killed in front of his home at 3165 NW 48th Terrace on May 29, 2011.
Police say Joyner, 55, was washing his truck when another man approached him.
"At that point, there was some type of confrontation," said Miami-Dade police detective Javier Baez. "The victim in this case raises his hands and that's when this individual shoots him and kills him."
Surveillance video captured images of the gunman. Police believe a white Chevy Camaro was used as a getaway car following the shooting.
"It was like, 'No. I can't believe it,'" said Debbie Joyner Fraser, the victim's sister.
"To see someone who worked 33 years on their job and out front of his home where he grew up, washing his truck, and someone walks up and shoots him, and it was just like for no reason, and that's the very difficult part of it," said Brian Joyner, the victim's brother.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS (8477).
