Man arrested for having child pornography
A 58-year-old man faces 20 counts of possession of child pornography after he was arrested at an apartment in Fort Lauderdale.
Kevin Kearney was arrested Thursday.
While executing a search warrant at Kearney's apartment, police found 20 videos of child pornography on his computer, according to the Fort Lauderdale Police Department.
Police also found marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Kearney is charged with 20 counts of possession of child pornography; one count of possession of child pornography with the intent to promote; one count of use of computer to compile/collect child pornography; one count of possession of marijuana under 20 grams; and, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
