SWAT was called out to a home in Hallandale Beach after a man barricaded himself inside it.
It happened near SW 9th Street and 2nd Avenue about 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.
A dispute between two brothers ended with one pointing a gun at the other, said police.
When officers arrived at the home, one brother went into the house and refused to come out. SWAT was then called.
The man later came out of the home. It's unclear if he will be charged.
