One man died and two others were injured in a drive-by shooting at a Super Bowl party in Miami Gardens Sunday night.
According to police, people were gathered at a home on NW 204th Street and 23rd Avenue for a watch party when at least one gunman fired as many as 50 bullets from a car before leaving the scene.
"We had multiple shots fired at the victims," said Miami Gardens Captain Ralph Suarez. "We don't know exactly what was happening or if they were the intended victims or not."
According to Suarez, one man died at the scene and two others were taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital. He said one of them was in critical condition.
Witnesses told Local 10 the man who was killed was in his 20's. They say the other two victims were his father and brother. Their names have not been released.
