Man wanted in beauty store robbery

The Broward Sheriff's Office is looking for a man who robbed a beauty supply store in Lauderdale Lakes in early January.
The robbery happened at Glam Lux Beauty Supply, located at 4091 NW 34 Street, about 12:30 p.m. Jan. 3.
Surveillance video showed a man walk into the store and ask about some products behind the counter.
He chatted with the store clerk, then handed her a plastic bag and demanded money in the register and her iPad. She complied and he walked out and ran off.
The robber is described as between 20 and 30 years old, skinny, and has a date tattooed on the right side of his neck. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans, black shoes, a cloth covering his head and sunglasses.
Anyone with information on the robbery is asked to call BSO at 954-321-4270. A reward of up to $1,000 is available for information leading to an arrest.
