Miami Police Department enforces teen curfews

Those under 17 will have enforced curfew hours in Miami-Dade County

MIAMI – The Miami Police Department says they will be enforcing a juvenile teen curfew beginning Wednesday, Feb. 27 in an effort to keep children safe.

Police say the Juvenile Curfew Ordinance makes it unlawful for any person under the age of 17 to linger, stay, congregate, move about, wander or stroll in any public place in Miami-Dade County, either on foot or in a vehicle during curfew hours.
