Restaurant ordered to throw out food

State inspectors shut down Chifa Restaurant Pollo Don Jose, Subrageous II, La Granja Parilla and Seafood, China Wok Chinese

MIAMI ā€“ State inspectors shut down four South Florida restaurants last week and made one throw out its food because of a roach issue.

Inspection Date: 2/19/13
"High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. 20 adult on and in a container of raw corn on a prep table in the kitchen. 2 live in a closed container of per packaged saltine cracker on a shelf near the prep table. 3 adult in an open container of prepped onions near the same prep table.Ā  All items were immediately disposed of into the dumpster."
"High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to adulteration of food product. Prepped onions, raw corn & prepackaged saltine crackers."
