Storm creating holiday travel headaches
MIAMI -

The storm that slammed the Midwest and southeast during Christmas Day, is now making its way to the northeastern United States.

Cities, such as Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania, are now covered in snow. Meteorologists say the storm could dump as much as 2 feet of snow in New York and southern New England.

The stormy weather is causing headaches for the thousands of passengers traveling across the country for the holidays.

According to the latest update from Miami International Airport, nine flights were delayed and ten flights were canceled.

Meanwhile, at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport, 191 flights were delayed. However, there was only one flight cancellation.

Officials recommend people check with their airlines to make sure no changes have been made to their scheduled flights.
