A viewing was held Friday evening for the 6-year-old boy who was killed by a hit-and-run driver.
A viewing for Deandre Binns was held at Grace Funeral Home, located at 770 NW 199th Street in Miami.
The funeral for Binns will be held at Parkway Baptist Church, located at 18000 NW 18th Avenue, at 11 a.m. Saturday.
Monique Batchelor, the boy's mother, said she and her family had eaten dinner at the McDonald's in the 6200 block of Miramar Parkway about 8:30 p.m. Jan. 9. As they crossed the street, a white sedan hit Binns, who was walking behind a relative, say police.
Police released surveillance video of the car believed to have hit Binns. Investigators are looking for a 1990 to '93 white Honda Accord.
