A Michigan woman went to the hospital thinking she had a hernia.
But Linda Ackley left several days later with a new baby girl.
Ackley, 44, told the Jackson Patriot-News she didn't know she was pregnant until the day she delivered her daughter.
She underwent an emergency C-section last Friday, delivering Kimberly Kay Ackley at 11:20 p.m.
The 10-pound baby girl is the first child for Ackley and her husband of 24 years, Mike.
Ackley told the Patriot-News she never thought she could have children following an infection and significant abdominal surgery two years ago.
She went to the doctor last week due to bloating in her abdomen. A CT scan detected the full-term pregnancy.
