NORTH MIAMI, Fla. – A 4-month-old boy injured when the swing he was in tipped over was in stable condition at Jackson Memorial Hospital on Thursday.
The swing tipped over inside an apartment at 655 NE 133rd Street on Wednesday afternoon. The boy, Malichi, was then airlifted to the hospital.

"It could be an accident. I would say it's an accident because we all our parents and you know how things work out when you have children," said Marie Matthew, a neighbor.
"She's a great mom," said Stephanie Johnson, the boy's aunt. "It's nothing more than an accident. She's a great mom."
Police questioned the mother, but no charges were filed.
