PLANTATION, Fla. – A 70-year-old man admitted to downloading child pornography despite knowing it was illegal, according to the Broward Sheriff's Office.
Deputies arrested James Brigham on Thursday. He is charged with 31 counts of possessing child pornography and 1 count of computer pornography.
