PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. – A construction worker is recovering in the hospital after suffering a seizure while working on the roof of a building in Pembroke Pines.
The incident happened Tuesday morning at a five-story building at 1650 SW 145 Ave.

Firefighters could not walk the man down through the building, so they placed him into a basket and put him in a lift to get him to the ground safely.
The worker was then taken to Memorial Hospital West. His condition has not been released.
