FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Police say the ex-boyfriend of a 24-year-old Fort Lauderdale woman who was last seen in June has turned himself in.
Detectives with the Fort Lauderdale Police Department were contacted by the U.S. Marshals Service, who said Trukita Scott's ex-boyfriend, Carl Watts, turned himself in for outstanding federal arrest warrants.
