MIAMI – Three lanes of Interstate 95 were blocked Wednesday night after a fatal crash, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Officials said a man driving a Toyota veered off the road on I-95 at Ives Dairy Road in northwest Miami-Dade.

That man was pronounced dead at the scene.
FHP said the three right lanes were blocked on I-95 at Ives Dairy Road.
Officials said there was an 18-wheeler pulled over on the side of the road, but it's unclear if that was the cause of the man veering off the road.
No other details were provided.
