TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Governor Rick Scott is against a three percent tuition hike for Florida's universities and now he's asked university officials to show that they don't support it either.
The Miami Herald reports that the governor reached out to all 12 state university presidents and asked them to sign a letter that said they do not want more tuition revenue.
