TAMARAC, Fla. – State records show a serious roach infestation at Pho Hoa II in Tamarac last week.
Records show inspectors were at the restaurant four times last week. Pho Hoa II was originally ordered shut last Wednesday.

Inspectors were back Thursday, Friday and Saturday for re-inspections, but a roach issue still existed and the restaurant was not allowed to re-open. Inspectors are due back Monday.
Below is a list of the restaurants ordered shut and some of their violations. Los Marlins and MLK restaurant have been allowed to re-open following ordered clean ups and re-inspections.
