PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – State records show that live maggots were discovered in a tub of clean utensils at Spoons Grill in Lauderdale Lakes last week.
A state inspector ordered the restaurant shut.

Records show also show that Peking Tokyo Buffet in Deerfield Beach was ordered shut for the fifth time since 2013.
All of the closures at Peking Tokyo have been based on a complaint that has come from either a customer and or employee.
Below is a list of restaurants and some of their violations.
All the places listed were allowed to re-open following ordered clean up and re-inspections.
