Cold front arrives to South Florida with wind chill in 40s

Layer up, it’s a chilly start to the new week

PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – Temperatures and wind chill values were below normal on Monday in South Florida.

The forecast highs were set to only reach the upper 60s and the breezy to gusty northerly winds will make it feel cooler.

It will get colder from Monday night to Tuesday morning with wind chills in the mid-upper 40s for eastern South Florida.

Winds will gradually decrease to around 10 mph by Wednesday, and morning lows will stay in the 50s for the rest of the week.
