Lost children reunited with families during parade

MIAMI – Several children lost amongst the sea of people at the Miami Heat's championship parade were reunited with their families Monday.

One 12-year-old boy was one of three children who were separated from their families. He knew his mother's cell phone number.

A younger girl was found in front of the Freedom Tower. She was brought to the first-aid tent.

"We're still waiting on two but they are coming this way," said Arianne Cento, a first-aid volunteer.

"What we do is contact police, put out notice, walkie talkie to all the other people who are in the field," said Sharon Harvey Rosenberg, another volunteer. "You want them to see this historical moment with the Miami Heat, but at the same time, you want them to be safe."
