Man calls 911, says he's been shot outside Target store

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A man is in critical condition after he was shot outside a Target store in southwest Miami-Dade County.

The shooting occurred about 5 a.m. in the parking lot of the Target at Southwest 150th Avenue and Southwest 88th Street.

Miami-Dade police said Rojelio Orozco, 40, called 911 to say he had been shot.

Orozco was taken to Kendall Regional Medical Center, where he was listed in critical condition.

Witnesses told police a silver vehicle was seen leaving the area at the time of the shooting.

Police are investigating.
