ROSWELL, Ga. – Drivers need to know they can't mess around with Elton Kim.
The Georgia resident has caused a stir after video of him clinging to the hood of a car has made the rounds.
Kim's adventure throughout Roswell, Georgia began after he confronted a woman he saw back into his wife's car. Despite standing in front of the unidentified woman's vehicle, she accelerated and Kim latched on.
With Kim on the hood, the woman drove for two miles before stopping at a red light.
Police say the woman left the scene and they are now in the process of attempting to identify her. When and if she is found, the woman will be charged with aggravated assault.
