PALM BEACH, Fla. – Police were called to the M-1 Canal on Royal Palm Beach Boulevard Sunday after a fisherman reported seeing a body floating in the water.
When officials arrived, they found 50-year-old Randy Humphrey floating in three feet of water, about eight feet from the bank.

The last time Humphrey had been seen was Saturday. His truck was found parked on the bank with all of his personal possessions inside, and his fishing poles were on the water's edge.
Humphrey's family told officials that he suffered from seizures and had them often.
As of now, officials do not believe any foul play was involved in Humphrey's death, but he will be receiving an autopsy.
