The bike was later found in Bogomolny's possession.

While questioning Bogomolny about the bike, they found he had multiple debit cards with different names on them.

Bogomolny claimed not to know where the cards came from. He later changed his story and said they belonged to his "business partner." A total of 24 cards with four different names on them were seized.

The bike's owner did not want to press charges. Bogomolny was released, but the case was referred to detectives to further investigate the issue of the debit cards that were found in his possession.

A warrant was issued for his arrest after deputies found mail which appeared to be from credit and debit card companies in Bogomolny's trash. The mail was addressed to several other people.

The warrant charges him with trafficking in counterfeit credit cards, dealing in credit cards of another person, and two counts criminal use of personal identification.

Bond on the outstanding warrant is $1.5 million.
