Men steal light fixtures from Shooters Waterfront parking lot

Police: $5,000 worth of property stolen

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The Fort Lauderdale Police Department released surveillance images of two men it said stole light fixtures from the Shooters Waterfront parking lot last month.

According to detectives, the men dismantled and cut the wires to 25 decorative light fixtures that were located around the parking lot around 9 a.m. on Aug. 15.

The men then placed the light fixtures into black trash bags and drove away with more than $5,000 worth of stolen property.
