Who was the girl with Justin Bieber during his Thursday morning Miami Beach arrest? His jealous fans report it was party girl Chantel Jeffries, 19.

The Wilhelmina Agency hazel-eyed model and acting student was with Bieber and Khalil Sharief partying it up at SET Nightclub in South Beach on Wednesday night. She was in the passenger seat during his arrest on Thursday morning.

While working with product lines like Fine As- Girls and Mint-Swim, the blond is not a high couture model. She gained notoriety in the Los Angeles, Miami Beach and New York party scene, after she was linked to Justin Combs, also known as Lil' Diddy and Philadelphia Eagles' wide receiver DeSean Jackson.

Bieber is set to have met Jeffries, after she dated his friend rapper Christopher Lynn Moore, 21, also known as Lil Twist.

With 497,165 followers on Instagram, the bombshell's "selfies" leave very little to the imagination. She regularly posts pictures of her voluptuous curves in bathing suits, lingerie and tight dresses.

On Twitter, @CeeJay's 27,948 followers get  her tweets about her professed love for Louis Vuitton, Christian Louboutin and Chanel. Hours before Bieber's arrest, her last tweet was: "Something about the shock factor."

And shocked she was when police officers took Bieber and Sharief in handcuffs. Miami Beach police did not arrest Jeffries.
