The new policy will launch at 2,000 stores nationwide on Sunday, March 17.

The company said the concept was tested and was successful at 200 stores last Fall.

The store also said it would open up more traditional lanes staffed by team members across the country.

Will you be using the express self-checkout line when you run your errands at Target this weekend?
