NORTH MIAMI, Fla. – The Miami-Dade County state attorney's office has released its findings after investigating allegations that a North Miami police officer harassed a woman for money she owed his girlfriend.
Officer Jodlyn Antoine won't face any criminal charges after assistant state attorney Johnette Hardiman wrote in her report that "nothing can be proved beyond a reasonable doubt."

Hardiman cited a lack of witnesses and that there was nothing in writing to prove Antoine was threatening the woman.
In an exclusive interview with Local 10's Ross Palombo, the woman, who asked not to be identified, claimed Antoine threatened her about money she owed Antoine's girlfriend.
Antoine's attorney said he was notified of the decision Thursday. He told Palombo by telephone that he thinks it's "reasonable and just."
"I believe the lady made up the story," he added.
The North Miami Police Department will not comment aside from saying that the internal affairs investigation continues.
