NORTH BAY VILLAGE, Fla. – State records show Sakura Japanese in North Bay Village was ordered shut by the state again last week.
Inspectors with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation noted even more violations -- 58 in all. The state first ordered Sakura shut on Feb. 5.

The inspector noted 47 violations back then, including roach and rodent issues. Records show those violations still exist.
Villa Fresh Italian, in a food court at Sawgrass Millls Mall in Sunrise, was also ordered shut last week.
In fact, records show during a re-inspection the next day, roach issues still existed.
Below is a list of places and some of their violations. All the places listed were allowed to re-open following ordered cleans and re-inspections.
