Police: Man shot, killed at baby shower in North Miami

Police say a man in his mid 20s was shot and killed at a baby shower in North Miami.
The incident happened Sunday at the Gwen Margolis Community Center, 1590 Northeast 123rd Street.
According to police, two or three men began fighting and shots were fired. One victim was shot and was transported to Jackson Ryder Trauma where he was pronounced dead.
The victim’s identification is being withheld pending family notification
Police are still trying to determine if the victim or the shooter had any relationship with the people who were holding the baby shower.
They do not have anyone in custody as of yet and are still gathering information about the shooter.
