DORAL, Fla. – Records show the Original Pancake House in Doral was ordered shut last week due to a roach problem.
Koizumi Japanese Buffet in Lauderhill was ordered shut for the second time in two weeks. Local 10's Jeff Weinser discovered a roach problem still existed after the first closure.

Records show, the popular DiSavlo's Pizza in Hollywood needed a good cleaning and there was also roach activity.
Below is a list of places ordered shut and just some of the violations discovered. All the places listed were allowed to re-open following ordered clean up and re-inspections.

"Roach activity present as evidenced by approximately 70 live roaches found in a storage room inside three electrical panels, on the walls behind boxes and crawling on the floor. This room is about 17 feet away from the kitchen and about 8 feet away from the dish machine. This room housed some glassware inside racks to be discarded and and old non working toaster. Also a couple a ladders. No doors are separating the rooms."
